Thank you to all who attended the first Rookies division winter clinic on Friday, January 24. Our development team and the White Sox Academy trainers focused on hitting and catching/throwing fundamentals. We look forward to working with players in the Minors division at the next clinic on Friday, January 31.

The La Grange Park little league development team would like to thank everyone that participated in the pitching clinic on Sunday 10/20.
Minor league pitcher Will Kincanon of the White Sox farm system (and RB alum!) didn’t disappoint and taught 60 kids (30 from both the minors and majors division) mechanics and had one on one time with each participant.
Special thanks to Geoff Nordmeyer, Mitch Karam, Mike Durkin, and Shane Conneely for helping with the stations at the clinic.
We look forward to future events like the focusing on player development.
