PROCLAMATION
La Grange Park Little League's 2024 Team Achievements!

WHEREAS, the sport of baseball, which has expressed the heart and character of America for many years, has been properly recognized as our nation's pastime; and

WHEREAS,

the La Grange Park Little League is celebrating the achievements of two teams

comprised of twenty-eight outstanding youth in our community; and

WHEREAS, the La Grange Park Little League teams to congratulate are the Intermediate 50/70 District 9 Champions: Sean Adams, Easton Alsvig, Nico Ammirati, David Beyers, John Flynn, Jack Gawne, Ben Hergott, lan Krasnowski, Stanley Pawasarat, Owen Peterson, Jackson Smrt, Emmett Sordyl, Will Sorensen, Owen Stevenson, and Xavier Suarez and the 9-11 District 9 Champions, State Runner Up: Cruz Avila, Blake Bolt, Oliver Rosario-Coia, Hunter Dortch, Brendan Dwyer, John Gallagher, Parker House, Will Martin, Max Michaels, Everett Navarro, Danny Perlongo, Luke Robinson, and Luke Widuch; and

WHEREAS, it's fitting that we recognize not only the players, but the managers, coaches, officials, parents, umpires, and countless others who work together to provide valuable training and life lessons for the participants; and

WHEREAS, the La Grange Park Little League Teams exemplify not only the willingness to work hard to achieve success, but also exceptional sportsmanship in their support and encouragement of one another; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT:

The Village of La Grange Park urges our citizens to join us as we extend our sincere congratulations to these two teams for a great team effort and a job well done!
